Hello
Your Guide to Inspired Living!
I've been a spiritual seeker for as long as I can remember, endlessly curious about what makes us tick, what brings us joy, and how we can live more fully as our authentic selves. For more than forty years, I've explored personal growth, spirituality, and holistic practices, always searching for the connections between our inner world and the world around us.
My Story
My love affair with Feng Shui began in the 1990s when my mother tucked a little book on the subject into the Christmas stockings of her five daughters. For some reason—perhaps my four planets in Virgo, my natural spatial awareness, or my lifelong love of order and beauty—it lit something up in me.
I began experimenting with Feng Shui in my own home, then helping friends. It was fascinating, intuitive, and, best of all, fun!
At the time, I was working in the corporate world at Warner Bros., but I was never meant to spend my life in a cubicle. During a particularly challenging chapter, I placed an ad on Craigslist offering professional organizing services with a Feng Shui twist. Within three months, I'd gone from charging $25 to $75 an hour and was booked solid.
I remember thinking, This is too easy. Shouldn't building a business be harder?
One of the greatest lessons I've learned since then is that easy can be right. When we're aligned with our natural gifts, life doesn't always have to feel like an uphill climb.
I went on to earn my Feng Shui Practitioner Certification with Master Teacher James Jay, continued my studies with Master Teacher Katherine Metz, and traveled to China for an advanced Feng Shui immersion. In 2003, I launched my first business, Clutter Free Fairy, combining professional organizing with Feng Shui principles. Then, in 2007, Inspired Living Feng Shui was born, shifting my focus from simply organizing spaces to exploring the deeper relationship between the energy of our homes and the energy of our hearts. I'm also a Red Ribbon Professional with the International Feng Shui Guild, the organization advancing the global practice, teaching, and use of Authentic Feng Shui, setting the gold-standard level standard in the field.
My curiosity about the relationship between our inner and outer worlds never stopped growing.
Recently, I earned a Certificate in Soul-Centered Living and Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, formally deepening an approach that has always been at the heart of my work. For more than twenty years, I've woven conversations about our beliefs, inner wisdom, and authentic self-expression into my Feng Shui consultations. This training has given me new tools and a deeper understanding of how our inner and outer worlds influence one another.
And the journey continues! I'll be returning to the University of Santa Monica in 2027 for a second year of study, further exploring the art of living with greater awareness, purpose, and joy.
Today, I call myself a Guide to Inspired Living, combining Feng Shui and Soul-Centered Living into one holistic approach to personal transformation.
My philosophy is simple: Transforming Lives from the Outside In & the Inside Out. Because I believe that when our homes support our hearts, and our hearts find expression in the spaces we create, we open the door to living with greater authenticity, purpose, and joy.
And isn't that what Inspired Living is all about?
