in big scolding black letters as the clerk twirled my brightly colored credit
card in his fingers.
Computer error… no corporate support
for the awkward, beet-red-faced manager at the counter… impatient me tapping my
foot clearly annoyed. Before I stormed off swearing loudly so all could
hear that Staples would be my go-to office supply store, the manager said I
could take my merchandise on the house!
